Application:
These hinges allow the flap to be removed from the body or housing in seconds without the need for tools.
This feature is important when the flap is installed in a device or laboratory furniture.

The corrosion-resistant hinges HG-OT made of stainless steel V2A are best suited for humid and rough environments and can also be used on ships and boats.

The quick-assembly tapes can be used in furniture for special applications or for production of medical and other devices and production equipment.
The quick-assembly hinges have two levers that securely lock the hinge.
The surface of the levers is scored, so that they can be safely moved by hand during changeover.
To unlock the belt, simply move the two levers to the center position by hand.
The two levers are held securely in position by a spring.
To keep the levers in the middle position, they can be turned sideways.
They are then pushed into an opening provided for this purpose and remain securely tensioned in this position by the spring force. In this state, the flap or door can be mounted or dismounted quickly and safely.
After that, the levers are turned by hand and are automatically returned to the original locked position by the spring force.
The quick-mount hinges are available in three versions (45 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm).
Assembly:
Stainless steel hinges are mounted with screws.
The quick-assembly hinges can be screwed together like conventional hinges in the locked state, or in the separated state if required. The door or flap can then be installed in the next step.
The quick-release hinges can be used both on the left and on the right.
