The unhinged hinge B-1006-2 (10576) connects a door or flap to the frame and allows a smooth rotational movement.

Its centrally divided plug-in construction allows the moving part to be removed at an opening angle of 90° or more without dismantling the fastening screws.

This allows maintenance work, cleaning and the replacement of doors or covers to be carried out more quickly.

The SUS304 material offers high corrosion resistance and is particularly suitable for damp, hygienically demanding or outdoor systems.

The glossy drum polish ensures a clean surface and makes cleaning easier.

When mounted vertically in pairs, the hinge is designed for a reference door mass of 6 kg (14 lbs).

• For wood or wood-based materials, countersunk wood screws with a diameter of ⌀3 to ⌀3.1 mm can be used instead
• Then the two hinge halves are plugged together at an opening angle of at least 90°
• Finally, it must be checked whether the door can be moved easily and whether both hinge axes are precisely aligned with each other
