The 1040007 pot hinge with clip-on mounting and integrated soft-close damping closes doors gently and quietly at all times.

 

The soft-close technology protects fittings and furniture bodies from impacts and extends their service life.

The three-dimensional adjustability allows gaps to be precise to the millimetre without removal.

With an opening angle of 105°, the pot hinge offers 1040007 wide access to the contents of the cabinet and prevents door collisions.

The stable steel body with a nickel-coated surface ensures high corrosion resistance.

Thanks to the clip-on system, the cup hinge can 1040007 be quickly clipped onto the supplied mounting plate 1041507 and just as easily removed again.

Resting means that the door rests on the carcass, i.e. covers the carcass frame.

• The distance between the edge of the door and the edge of the hole is 3 to 7 mm
• The pot hinge 1040007 is screwed with countersunk wood screw ⌀3.5 x 15 mm
• The distance between the mounting screws is 48 mm (1-57/64″)
• The distance between the mounting screws and the center of the pot hole is: 6 mm (15/64″)
• On the carcass side, the mounting plate must be attached 1041507
• The mounting holes of the mounting plate are spaced 32 mm (1-17/64″) apart
• The distance between the mounting plate mounting holes and the edge of the body wall is 37 mm (1-29/64″)
• The pot hinge is then clicked 1040007 via clip-on onto the mounting plate 1041507 included in the scope of delivery (for further details, see assembly drawing)
