The Hettich Veosys 105° is a corrosion-resistant stainless steel pot hinge for existing interior and exterior furniture doors.
The integrated damping brakes the door when closing and ensures a quiet, controlled closing process even at low and high outside temperatures.
A self-tightening angle of 35° supports the independent closing of the door and increases ease of use.
Thanks to clip-on technology, the hinge arm can be quickly clipped onto the supplied Veosys mounting plate (height: 0 mm) without tools.
Support and depth are adjustable directly on the hinge, while height adjustment is done via the mounting plate, allowing the door to be precisely aligned.
The combination of stainless steel, tested corrosion resistance and 105° opening angle is particularly suitable for durable furniture constructions in kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor, wellness, laboratory and contract areas.

- The hinge has 2 mounting holes on the hinge cup. First, a cup hole with a depth of ⌀35 mm and 11.5 mm must be made in the furniture door; then the two attachment points are prepared according to the drilling pattern TH 52 x 5.5 mm.
- The cup hinge is attached to the door with two countersunk screws ⌀3.5 x 16 mm.
- Then the supplied Veosys mounting plate (height: 0 mm) is mounted on the furniture body.
- The hinge arm is placed on the mounting plate and snapped into place using the clip-on technique.
- The door support and depth are then adjusted using the adjustment screws on the hinge and the height via the mounting plate. (for more details, see assembly drawing)
