Description
Removable full-extension drawer rails 37 mm wide, made of stainless steel SUS304 (V2A or 1.4301).
Application:
These corrosion-resistant drawer pull-outs are ideal for harsh and humid environments and can be used on ships and boats, among other things.
These high-quality, stainless steel full extensions made of stainless steel V2A (SUS304) are also suitable for bathrooms, saunas, swimming pools, laboratories, food processing rooms and the medical sector.
The load capacity per pair is up to 45 kg depending on the nominal length.
Particularly practical: the drawer can be easily removed when needed by operating the lever on the side (see picture).
The guide rails have a buffer element for the end position, which reduces noise when the drawer is closed.
In addition, these full pull-outs have a locking function. The drawer is fixed when closed.
The stainless steel 1.4301 (SUS304, V2A) used ensures high corrosion resistance and facilitates cleaning in many demanding indoor and outdoor environments.
The two guide rails can be used on both the left and right side.
Assembly:
The drawer slides are mounted on the side of the carcase and drawer.
The guide rails are installed using M4 pan head, flat head or flat round head screws.
To ensure that the fixing holes are accessible, the guide must be moved to the middle position accordingly.
